How We Make Shampoo Bars: Pressing, Curing and Batch Quality Control

Batch consistency starts with weighing and mixing against a fixed formula record. The mixed base is pressed in a mold, and bar weight and surface are checked during the run. Fresh bars are then rested to firm up before wrapping or boxing.

The 16 automated lines in our 40,000 square meter Huizhou factory run this process with repeatable settings. Production has run since 1995 under ISO 22716 and GMP audits. A repeat order uses the same formula record and approved bulk sample as its reference.

Finished goods are inspected before shipment, and retained samples are kept from each batch for later comparison. This gives you something to check against if a question comes up after delivery.

    The sample is ready in 7–14 days and tested. After approval, we sign the contract, agree the delivery date and take a 30% T/T deposit.

  4. Mass production

    Starts only after you approve the bulk sample.

  5. Inspection and shipment

    Inspection comes first. The balance is paid against a copy of the BL.
