Batch Consistency in Body Butter: Texture, Scent and Filling Control on 16 Automated Lines
Body butter drifts in three places: texture, scent strength and fill weight. Texture changes with mixing and cooling, scent with dosing and hold time, and fill weight with machine settings. Each of these is fixed in the approved bulk sample and then checked against it during production.
The factory covers 40,000 square meters and runs 16 automated lines, built up over production that began in 1995. Automated mixing and filling give repeatable process settings, and batch records link finished goods to materials and dates. That is the traceability an ISO 22716 and GMPC system requires.
Before shipment we inspect finished goods against the approved sample. Retained samples can be agreed for reorders, and you can request video of the production process or the inspection.
